aproch to service tax department of your juricdiction they will provide you id and password you cant creat your self id and password . simple declaration form will provide by department fillup and submit your problem will solved.

I created a user id & Password in the ACES.gov.in site,  

I think this is for the new registration purpose, 

Ours is a existing Manufacturing  unit, Pl give me solution for me to solve our login id  & password for doing Online ER1 & ST3 returns.
