I have filed VCES which was upto the period 31st December, 2012. Now, while filing the return for 2nd Half of F.Y. 2012-13, should i enter the figures for Q3 which was covered in VCES?

You can include the in your return and for payment show it as payment for other dues.
It is better to file the return for period to avoid any dispute.

But then how will i discharge the interest liability that will be computed upto the date of filing?

Aksh*t.... i think there is some confussion, Interest is calculated till the Date of Payment, not on upto return filing date.
And you would have pay the Service Tax For Period which is covered in VCES Scheme. For Period after 31/12/2012 Interest will be applicable.

For the period October, 2012 to December, 2012, tax dues were paid as per the VCES Scheme. And hence the interest was waived off. Now this waiver of interest is not incorporated in the ST-3 schema.
