hi dear
it is required to file the service tax return . and u can collect the service tax from service receiver .

Dear Varun,
you are not required to collect and pay service tax... and also, not required to file S.T. Return, as you can very well claim SSP exemption which allows you to pay service tax only for the amount exceeding Rs. 10 lacs.
Kindly read sec. 68 and sec. 70 for the same, along with SSP exemption notification.
