I wanna know that are forms for filing ST-3 for Quater July-Sep available??
if not then how to file return the return for the same?

no its not available till now..
The new ST-3 form is now released and the last date for filing the same for July to Sep. 2012 is 25th March, 2013. Visit the below link for more info and to download the notification.
