As per my Knowledge Service Tax Return are to be filed quarterly, however no changes is made for quarterly returns. How to file the Returns?

Submission of Qtrly and monthly returns was proposed in the Finance Budget 2012 but there has not been any formal confirmation from the department's end till date. Hence, as of now service tax returns are to be filled half yearly as per the existing practice.
