The time period for revising Service Tax return is 90 days from the date of filing.

My query is that can we revise the return after 90 days. Is there any way of doing that.

Actually we want to claim some CVD credit for which we have to revise the return but the time period of 90 days has been elapsed.

Plz suggest.......

You can file the revised return even now to rectify your mistake..The only condition is that you have to write a letter to Dept along with return stating that though time of 90 days elapsed you want to rectify your mistake still. And Please do it at the earliest.
