I need to ask about Service Tax Return. If I am registered in service tax deptt. for more than one service. So, would I need to file different service tax return for different services.

NO NEED TO FILE SEPERATE SERVICE TAX RETURN

You have only to file STax Return even you are no providing that services (as you are registered)....
