i have apply for online newe registration but wrongly entered group as SERVICE TAX MUMBAI - I GROUP 1 instead of SERVICE TAX MUMBAI - II and GROUP 3
so what will now i have to do as site not allow me to amend uploaded form
can i have to wirte letter to officer where i have to apply or i have to write letter where i have wrongly apply.

No, you don't need to write any letter to dept. Just go to SERVICE TAX MUMBAI - I GROUP 1 and request to range officer to amend juridiction and after that submit form to SERVICE TAX MUMBAI - II GROUP 3.
IF ANY SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION IS COMPLEATED
THAT CAN ONLY BE SURRENDERED.
NO MODIFICATION IN ELECTRONIC SYSTEM.
ASK FOR ANOTHER REGISTRATION WITH THE SAME PAN CARD NO
YOU WILL BE PROVICED WITH ANOTHER CODE NO _____SD002 OR ____SD003.
SURRENDER THE DEFECTED ONE. WITH LETTER AND HAVE A COPY OF THE SAME.
