IF YOU ARE NOT END USER. YOU HAVE TO CLAIM YOUR BURDEN FROM ANY AUTHORITY.
IF YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED BY ANY AUTHORITY, HOW CAN YOU CLAIM. IT IS SO SIMPLE
