Service tax-registration

If a company crossed turnover of 9 lakhs it should have applied for registration within 30 days.However if it can even now apply for registration by going through this link given below:-

Can you please send the procedure for change in address of the company in service tax registration.

Dear sir,

can we register for service tax in invidual name? one of our client have renting income which crosses limit for service tax registration but they have no any proprietory concern or company,when i go for service tax reg. on aces site it's mandatory ask for name of unit & designation of person, 

my query is, as there is no any unit, what to entered in colum of unit name and designation while registring on ACES site.
