Go to www.aces.gov.in register urself there & then Fill the ST-1 Form online & submit, take a print out of ur ST-1 & acknowledgement of e-submission of ST-1 & along with the photocopies of other documents required for registration, submit them personally to the concerned Superintendent of ur jurisdiction.

For service tax registration in online pls logon www.aces.gov. in.and click service tax option and enter new users option give your details and submit. you will receive a mail from ACES admin containing a password and link , and just click on the link it will guide you to ACES (AUTOMATION OF CENTRAL EXCISE AND SERVICE TAX  )home page of new registration . Give the details as it requires and then submit. After doing this all you can get a id and password you can login into ACES with the help of id and password. After login into your ACES site just click on registration and fill ST1 . This ST1 is the application to register in Service Tax. Then you have to produce the photo copy of Pan Card as id proof and any address proof as prescribed. Then the department will issue ST2. The ST2 contains the STC ( Service Tax Code ) Which is 10 digits of Pan number 5 digits like SD001. This is certificate to the new assessees for the registration.
