Can any body (Experts) give me answer to my question reg.Service Tax - Refund.

What are the 19 Export services eligible for Refund/Rebate under service tax, pl.give me the names of services. What is the Procedure to file a Refund and where we have to file at the place of Export or Factory jurisdiction?
