Dear All,

If anybody whose service receipts are below taxable limit and the other party who received the services pay service tax even if the bills are not provided with tax, then whether the same is to be paid, if yes then how it is shown in the returns.

Dear,

If the service provider has not crossed the threshhold limit of 10 lakhs and is not charging the tax from its customer. then why that customer ( service receipient) is paying tax to the authorities. Even if he is paying on his own desire then the service provider is not at all liable to pay the tax.
