GTA Service- Abatement of 75%
It has been changed to 70% from april

Wef 1st April 30 % service receiver
But bill not yet passed by parliament. So same tax will be continued
but RCM calculated new rate based on old st rate.its is applicable from April month

GTA SERVICE FOR GOODS BY ROAD :-RCM CAL. BY SER.RECEIVER, ST RATE 12.36%*30%=3.708 % then Rcm payable invoice amt (50000 *3.708%)

Abetment 70% 70
Taxable 30% 30
services tax 30*12.36%=3.708

30% applicable frm 1st April, not required wait for passing of budget in parliament.
It liable of 30% on service receivable and service tax paid on this @ 12.36% w.e.f.01.04.2015
