Can any1 pls tell me the service tax rate applicable for nov.2009. . .just want to confirm is it 12.36% or 10.30%.....Pls do reply...thanks....

I Think so It would be 10.30 percentage as it has been amended from the february itself

yes it will be 10 % basic rate plus education cess
For November exam it will be 12.36% only.
