i am not understand wats your mean by eligible amount and service tax rate is 10.30%
service tax rate w.e.f 24.2.09 is 10.3%.Earlier to that it was 12.36%
it is payable on invoice amount @ 10.3% nowdays instead of 12.36% as earlier.
Service tax rate is 10.30% w.e.f 24.02.09.

it does not have any elgibiliy.
turnover is below 10 Lacs Service tax will not be applicable.
