.i have another question. my bro have mobile shop.his turnover is approx 25 lacs for year and profit from dat is rs 3.5lacs. but our dealer not taking any vat and service tax from us and other side we r also not taking any vat from customer.so there is any need for vat registration or any need for service tax.we purchase from dealer by cheque but we sale in cash.

when you have cross sale more than 5 lac in a year then you reqired Sale Tax Number and charge full rate of tax and same pay to goverment.
