friends...i wanna ask whether is it true that numericals based on services like mandap keeping service...consultancy services etc which was applicable in may12 will not be asked in nov 12....and just simple pot rules and service tax simple problems will b asked...is it true????????????
hi there is a notification about this in the institute website. Please go through it I dont think they will question you now on the services as there is a negative list already in place.
no questions ll be asked from 8 taxable services ..
more questions expected from POT rules , vat and service tax sums ..
like calculate due dates , return filing , point of taxation , interest , penalty for not filling of return , penalty for late filling , reverse charge etc ..
