If service tax liability for the month of july 2015 is 14% but we have not paid so how much we will paid service tax?

ST AMT PLUS INTEREST AT FOLLOWING RATE
WITHING 6 MONTH 18%
BETWEEN 6 MONTH TO 1 YEAR 24%
AND ABOVE 1 YEAR 30%

Hi Friends
If i have to deposit Service tax on Advertisement service for Apr 15 to Mar 16.along with Education cess , Sec. Edu Cess & Swatch Bharat cess also with interest.
GAR challan select only six accounting code & in my case total comes out eight accounting code.
Pls suggest how to deposit the same
