29 September 2014A pvt ltd. & B pvt. ltd. both related party now A has service tax liability but not has any net banking facility to make e-payment of service tax (payment more than 1Lakh) ,in that case B can pay A's service tax liability through B's own net banking A/c?
Q . Is there any problem in point of view of ....SERVICE TAX as well as income tax
Kindly explain.

Sir
it is irrelevant whose bank a/c is being used for payment of service tax.
You only need to fill the ST registration no. of A ltd. while making payment. By doing so, payment shall be shown in the name of A ltd. irrespective of the person whose bank a/c is used for transaction.
