One of Our Subcontractor has Paid Service tax on wrong invoice and then claiming to us.
For Exp- He has paid service tax @ 12.36% on INR 80000 bill amount. But Actuall Invoice is amont is different. i.e INR 1,80000. What Shall he do?

He should pay balance amount of service tax on 100000(180000-80000) with interest. if amount paid after due date.
