Dear Sir,
I want to know that is it must to give a letter to department for opting works contract composite scheme. If it is must & we have not given the letter than what the department will do.My second question is that for two different type of contract of differnt parties can we opt different options i.e for one contract opting works contract & for 2nd contract opting construction of building
The option applies to a particular works contract. For one WC composition scheme and for another WC normal scheme is permissible. Option has to be filed before payment of tax.
