An individual has obtained a contract from a PSU to conduct survey of houses for a proposed township. Can you please help me understand this work will be covered under which catagory of service. Whether this service is covered under reverse charge and if there is any abatement available.

yes this is a taxable service to be taxed under business auxiliary service and no reverse charge and abatement is available.
