Is service tax payable on supply of manpower on contract basis for stitching work ?
Provider is Registered under "manpower Recruitement service" and has ternover above the ssi limit.

Yes, Service tax is payable on the same if it crosses SSI.
Agree with Ketan. As no specific exemption has been provided for supply of labour for stitching work, tha same would be taxable as exemption limit has been crossed.
