Can anyone say from which date service tax is applicable on renting of immovable property. Is the ammendment made in Section 65 (105) (zzzz) by Finance Act, 2010 is still inforce. i.e retrospectively from 01/06/2007.

Renting of property is taxable form 01-06-2007. Amendment is retrospective from 01-07-2007.
