we are into real estate like dlf , ansal, and selling under construction flats to customers.
we have sold bulk flats to one person and he has paid 40% of total consideration . now we are selling
his unit to retail customer on behalf of him . collecting and transferring the whole amount to him which we have collected from retail customer on behalf of him. he has given right that we can sale his unit and also collect money and transfer the same in his account . now plz tell me who will deposit the service tax ? we or bulk buyer
