Service tax on ready possession ( compleion certificate issued) residential flat
Whether Service tax shall be applicable on MSEB charges , Society formation charges collected by Builder even after completion certificate is issued..??

Yes, they are not exempt; but take bill from builder with service tax receipt.
Secondly ST applicable on charges, not over Deposits to MSEB etc.
