Advertisement services provided by print media is not liable to serice tax as the service falls under negative list, vide (g) of Section 66D of the Finance Act 1994. Advertising agents gets a commission of 15% on advertisement cost and charge servic etax on the commission amount and same paid by the Advertisement agency and such service is specific agency services.
