Service tax on manpower under reverse charge mechanism

Sir/Madam,

Shifting the Supply of Manpower and Security services from Partial Reverse Charge to Full Reverse Charge. The stated change will be effective from 01-04-2015 or not

Pl clarify because our service provider is not chargeing service tax in his bill

It will be implemented after passing of Finance Bill.

Full reverse charge on manpower services is effective from 01.04.2015.
.
- Refer to Notification No. 07/2015-ST, dated 01.03.2015.
