sir tell me 1 thing that we are cfl manufecturer unit and we sand raw material for job work. than sir can u plz tell me this that will i deposit service tax on job work while i have already tds deducted on job work. party not add service tax on their job work bill. pz help
Test 1 ;- Whether the job work amounts to manufacture. If yes, no service tax. If no then
Test 2.:- Whether you pay excise duty on final products manufactured out of the resultant goods of job work. If yes no service tax . If no, then jobber is liabile to excise duty.
