I have two Queries
1) If service tax is charged by transporter to a company then will the company again be liable to pay service tax?
2) In case of Tours and Travels company is tds on transport applicable as it does not pertain to goods carriage as per amendment effective from 01.06.2015

In first case: No service tax is payable by the company.
