Freight Forwarder is raising invoice to a client. invoice details are as under:
Transporter charges : Rs. 35000/-
export handling charges :Rs. 3000/-
ST (on EHC): 371/-
total: Rs. 38371/-.
He is then raising invoice 42000/- + ST 5880/- = 47880/-. My query is on which amount ST is chargeable. Whether on Rs. 42000/- or 4000/- (42000-38000).
Your query is not clear that how are you able to identify two different sets of figures - i.e 35000+3000 and 42000/-
