Service tax on foreign commission
1)We are the commission agent from India and take commission from foreign company to sale his goods in the outside of India only.
2) We also take commission from Indian companies to sales or export his goods to foreign countries.
So Should we pay service tax or not . Please Answer.

If services provided are out of India, ST liability doesn't arise.
