Dear All,

 

is service tax applicable on Educational Institute.??

Exp:-XYZ is Software company he raised a bill to an Educational Institute,(Service tax Included in Bill)

my question is if the Service Tax not applicable on Educational Institute then XYZ that company shall exclude the service tax.???

Please elaborate the nature of service provided by the software company, as there are exemptions available to the services provided to an educational institutions for certain specific services.
