We will be hosting a group of 10 people on a Day picnic at a local resort. Includes Meals + activities such as paint ball at the resort.
How much service tax shall we charge on the final invoice?

You must specify what kind of budget resort you want and what is exactly your budget. If the tariff of a room is below Rs 1000/day, service tax is not applicable in some resorts.
