Service tax on construction of Temple

Dear friends,

                     I would like to know the applicability of service tax for Construction of Temble Building. One my client company engaging  the business of  Works contract . Now they are constructing a Temble. Whether the company want to collect service tax  for construction of Temble.

Pls give me better suggestion with any provisions or notification
