Storage and warehousing of agricultural produce covered by Negative List 66D (d) (v). All storage covered whether cold storage or otherwise.
Yes if you are providing the same for storage of agriculture products the same is exempt from service tax, else taxable

Service provided in relation to agriculture is completly exempt from service tax, hence no need to take abatement.

sec. 66d is for services covered under negative list.
such services are out of the service tax chargability.
sec 66 d covers services related to agriculture activities such as processing, supply of manpower for agriculture, renting of land for agriculture , inter alia, it includes storage service to.
so warehosing of agriculture product is not taxable by virtu of sec 66 d of the act
