Mine is a proprietorship firm in cargo handling services on agricultural goods only. I am registered under service tax as an assessee and I am 100% exempted service provider. As per budget 2014-15 am I eligible to charge service tax on agricultural goods?

The exemptino available to you remains the same even in the year 2014-15. Thus, no Service tax for you.
