As per New Amendment in Service Tax, there is service tax chargeable on air fare. Whether Airlines or Air travel agent is responsible for collection of this service tax?

Airline Travel for eg.kingfisher is liable to charge ST & Pay to credit of Govt.
& if from agent then agent also charging commission,
then on commission ST to be charged by agent & he is also liable to ST on commission amount......if he is covered under service tax act.
