Service tax number surrender
Procedure to surrender the service tax number??

For ST no. surrender- Go to ST user id. In the reg panel it asks for surrender option. click over it & fill the reason for surrender it asks at the bottom of the page. Take print out of the Surrender application.
Together with surrender application attach copy of ST-2 issued by department & latest ST-3 filled
& a undertaking (on Rs.10/- value stamp paper duly notirized) by authorize person that no dues are pending against the mentioned ST no.
Submit the same with Department.
