As per notification no. 46/2007 dt. 28.12.07 assessee has to file records with dept.
We are filing returns of GTA since 2004 & Rent since Sept.2007 then whether we have to file the records before 31-01-2008.
Sir, in the notification it was clearly mention at the first time or 31 st January 2008 whichever is later, then the assessees who are already filing their returns, they also has to submit?
