Hi Everyone,

what is the  Exemption Notification No. ans serial no. to be mentioned under Manpower recruitment/supply agency service in service tax return. I need to know both the notification nos. with serial nos. i.e. 100% taxable and 75% taxable under reverse charge mechanism.

What was the notification no. And serial no. Before june 2015.. When the taxable percentage was 75%..

Notification was somewhere on march 2015. Applicable w.e.f. 01st april 2015. Check www.cbec.gov.in for circulars n notification
