i want to know that tour operator providing service for foreign travels are exempt for service tax
please quote the notification reqiure for any abatement if any in case of tour operators

Service Tax is NOT applicable on Tour Operatorson outbound Tourism i:e for foreign Tours..
Point No. 2.6 of MOF Instruction F.No. B. 43/10/97-TRU, dated 22-08-1997
