Can any one tell me that is there any service tax libility on transportation charges charged by vendor company on behalf of transporter by issung seperate invoice for transporation charges, is vendor company is liable for service tax?

The ultimate responsible person who pays the freight will liable to deposit service tax in the treasury. Any inter party transaction is not relevant in this regard.
