Service tax liability arise or not...
Hi Everyone,
Please guide on following query...
We receive service from Individual (SP) for:
1) For repairing of Chamber in factory premises
2) Prepare foundation in factory premises
In both cases material is provided by Service receiver (Co.)
So, Works contract is applicable or not? If No, in which service we will pay service tax? Any Service tax liability arise to SR?

1. Yes, its works contract.
2. Yes under RCM to corporate SR.
