The corporate assessees are closely monitored and made liable under reverse charge method. It is cumbersome.

The move would have been more appreciated whereby blankly for specified services, companies had to pay tax without any limitation on reverse charge basis, rather than partial reverse charge. What has been done is just made the system cumbersome and nothing more than that.
