Dear all

Service tax is applicable on Stitching work , Fabrication charges or not. If yes Please give us notification. No if have  any exampt  or not.  please confirm.

service tax is applicable subject to threshold exemption limit upto 10 lacs

w.e.f. 01.07.2012  all Services covered under service tax net other than the ‘Negative List’ (section 66D) & Mega Exemption Notification (25/2012).
 
If you have cross the threshold exemption limit 10 Lacs than you will liable to pay service tax and required to take service tax registration. 
 
You will fall under the Fashion Designer  Services.
