Can the Service Tax Input credit can be taken for service tax paid during the period before registration under service Tax Act. Eg: if the Registation under Service Tax is taken place on 1.10.2008, and the service tax is paid on various services till such date, is it possible to take the service tax input for the service tax paid before 1.10.2008.
