a bill issue with service tax to a company but the item issue as free gift by the purchasing company to his customer, can the input service tax claim by the purchasing compnany?? pls. rply as soon as possible......,

If you recieve any service for production/dealing of tax-free product, input tax credit on such service is not eligible.
but it is taxable , and the purchaser not sale the product he give this taxable product as a gift in thst case any service tax input claim to purchaser ?the product is purchase for promotion of his company ................
