if transporation of goods is done by small lorry or auto rikshaw then whether company is liable to pay service tax or not
the amount of fare ranges between Rs.400 to rs.1000

my society client is giving two services one cutting of tree grown by forest dev corp and transporting the timber to premises formsite
Now whether society is liable to pay service tax both on manpower supply and as GTA(ie. goods transport agency) ?
